Our college motto is 'Ut Vitam Habeant'. It means 'that they may have life'. We encourage every student to develop as a whole person and to be actively engaged in the college and the community so that they may have life to the full.

Christ the King College: Aquinas

Mr S. Spearman,
Head of Centre

Students who attend Christ the King College: Aquinas undertake all their learning on this site.

We provide a broad curriculum offer, which includes a range of A level subjects, BTEC Level 3 Extended Diplomas and BTEC Level 2 Diploma courses, and have a widely-held reputation for success. With our focus on professional pathways, we provide young people with highly-specialised teaching. The professional pathways at Christ the King College: Aquinas, alongside our unique Graduate Programmes and wide range of academic and professional Enrichment activities, provide an extensive range of subject combinations. Together these create clear routes to top university courses and the professions.

Christ the King College: Aquinas provides students with a full range of Enrichment and wider learning activities. Opportunities include mentoring, fundraising, volunteering and work shadowing as well as a full programme of music, drama, sports, visits and residential visits. In addition, all students are encouraged to take part in the variety of ‘professional programme’ activities on offer.

We set high standards and have high expectations of all our students, both in terms of behaviour and commitment to work. We build and maintain excellent links with parents and carers and value the partnership between college and home.

Christ the King College: Aquinas is an attractive and popular college in which to study and I would like to extend a warm welcome to you.
