What will I study?
A Level Sociology is a fascinating subject to study. It will develop your critical skills, enable you to evaluate sociological thinking and quite probably change the way you see the world and your place in it.

- Crime and Deviance
This course gives you the opportunity to examine influential theories of society and to reflect on your own experience of the social world and apply it to the systematic study of society.

Where will A Level Sociology lead me?
This is an excellent course to study as it combines well with all other A Level subjects. Sociology students have gone on to study Sociology and other related degrees such as Social Science, Anthropology, Cultural Studies and Development Studies. Sociology is also very useful for a wide range of careers including Social Work, Nursing, Teaching, Marketing, Media, Housing, Community Services, Policing and the Legal Professions.
