BTEC Level 3 Technical Advanced Diploma

“This summer I spent a week at Barclays Canary Wharf undertaking work experience with my mentor Helen. As a Human Resource Manager herself, she made sure that I found out all about the different departments of Human Resources. This helped to enhance my knowledge and I was able to apply this to my BTEC Coursework. This opportunity has enabled me to think about what I want to do in the future - specialising in Human Resource Management.”
